Lunalove is a modern Pilates and wellness studio created from a simple belief. Movement should feel beautiful, purposeful, and deeply personal. Every class is designed to help you build strength from the inside out, improve mobility, and reconnect with your body in a way that feels grounding and empowering.

Founded by Sam, Lunalove has grown from one intimate studio into a leading Scottish wellness destination, with locations in Glasgow city centre and Ayr, and new studios opening soon in Kilmarnock and beyond. Our spaces blend high quality Reformer Pilates with ritual inspired details that elevate your entire experience. Warm tones, soft lighting, curated playlists, and our signature calming scent invite you to leave the outside world behind and return to yourself.

We teach in a way that feels supportive rather than intimidating. Whether you are new to Pilates or refining an advanced practice, our instructors guide you with clarity, compassion and confidence. Lunalove is inclusive by design. Everybody is welcome and every body is celebrated.
